Called in for a part towards my Vehicle to hopefully bring it in and get it repaired here but the young lady over the phone seem clueless on what i was asking for and when I ask to speak to a mechanic she refused to pass the call over to them and not to mentioned all the times I called they seem confused and seem awkward towards the phone at a point that it doesn't give me confidence in bringing my car there they was suppose to also call me back the other day and they never did what kind of professionalism is that ima keep on looking for a Mechanic
Fernando, I'm sorry you felt we couldn't help you. From talking to my employee it seems you didn't know exactly which part you needed? That makes it hard for my staff to determine what you are talking about when the customer doesn't have the issue or terminology correct. We run into this a lot, as the same part can be called many different things from different manufactures. An easier way is to get the part number of the part in question or bring the vehicle in so we can look at the issue or part together. Unfortunately, we can not hand the phone to a tech every time a customer calls because they won't be able to get anything done. If you want to talk to someone technical you can talk to me.
