Frank took great care of me and my 2019 Kia Rio. I brought it in upon hearing a front axle noise. Even though under warranty, I didn’t want to risk waiting for hard-to-get immediate warranty service at dealer, and brought to Goose. Frank and crew diagnosed the problem, let me know it was safe to drive assuming I got a reasonably timely warranty appointment at the dealer, and didn’t charge me for an immediate repair they knew the dealer would cover under warranty.
