Finally a Mercedes repair shop you can trust. Chris and Karen’s customer service was amazing. They kept me informed on my repair all the way. Their prices are beyond reasonable compared to the dealerships and you don’t have to wait 2-3 weeks for your car to be repaired like the dealerships. I have three Mercedes and they have saved me thousands of dollars in repairs and required routine services. You guys are the best.....

EDIT: 9-7-19 Gus has reached out to me and offered to rectify the situation. While I have sold the vehicle, I appreciate his commitment to making things right. As a result, I am modifying the rating of this review to reflect that. Gus and Karen have been very easy to work with and did everything they could to correct a bad situation. ORIGINAL REVIEW: My engine was making a ticking noise, so I gave it to Goose Automotive to diagnose. A mechanic named G. Rhodes removed the valve cover, and two brittle coolant hoses broke in the process. With the cover removed, they showed me that the camshaft lobes have wear, and they recommended an engine swap. G Rhodes also made a verbal offer to fix the hoses that were snapped off (more on this later). I declined the engine swap, and requested that they put the valve cover back on, assuming that I would be taken care of in the short term. When I got the car back (3 weeks after I gave it to them), I found the car to be reassembled, but the coolant system hoses are not. It was plugged by a Phillips screw to prevent leaking temporarily, a courtesy provided by Gus (the owner). These hoses are essential to the operation of the car, and I will have to replace them myself. I expected them to be replaced when G Rhodes put the valve cover back on the engine. (engine swap or not) Before coming here my car was still operational. Now a month has passed since I paid for labor, and I am left with a car that will not retain any coolant. Too bad I guess, I will do the work myself next time...

I had a great experience here servicing my Mini Cooper. The level of customer service was far superior to what I get at the Mini dealership. Chris was so friendly and helpful. In addition to the great service, the price for my issue was about $100 cheaper than the dealership, so win-win. I'll definitely be going back.
