Great care. Employees answered all of my questions & listened to my concerns. They recommended services that I didn't know would improve my car's performance. I loved that they called me to updated me on the status of my vehicle.

Car Inspection Review Car inspection took the length of completing the mushroom cup on Mario Kart 8 plus a few minutes - so 10-15 minutes. They charge $7 cash or $10 card, but I would have needed to use a $100 to pay in cash, so I was told to just leave a review. I can only speak to the car inspection, but will likely return to see if I can get a larger repair for free :) Really though, Robert and Karen(apparently there's more than one) offered friendly and quick service from my limited experience.

THEY TAKE THE TIME TO GET TO KNOW BOTH YOU AND YOUR CAR! I HAVE BEEN THERE 5 TIMES NOW, AND HAVE RECEIVED OUTSTANDING SERVICE EACH TIME. NO PUSHY SALES/UPSELLS!!!! I came from another car shop where I waited over 1.5 hours and they still hadn't even "looked" at my car. I drove up to Goose, no appointment, my hand was still on the door to the reception area, when Dylan came up and asked how he could help. Immediately, he went outside and looked under the hood. Remember, I did not have an appointment. While he was checking things out he explained what he was doing in a very easy to understand way. Then Frank, the GM came out and also helped out. I left with an estimate for recommended service. I said I wanted to think about it and would call later to schedule. They were fine with that. No pushy sales or pressuring me. When I was ready to schedule, they were fine with splitting the work into three separate events so it would be easier on my budget. I've since had all the recommended work done and have been very pleased. I had an EFI which was to improve gas mileage. I called afterwards because my mpg actually got worse. Instead of dismissing my concerns, Frank listened and helped me pinpoint that I had changed gas stations at the same time as service and that was likely the cause of the lower gas mileage--it was.

Walked in and was greeted immediately. Both men at the desk were helpful and funny. I had an inspection done on my vehicle , will be back. 🙂
